More Tomorrows Première at the Royal Albert Hall
Tomorrow sees the world première of Howard Goodall’s new work More Tomorrows – An Anthem for Orchestra. Commissioned as part of his role as Composer in Residence at Classic FM and dedicated to the pioneering charity Cancer Research UK, the work is scored for symphony orchestra – with Howard Goodall himself conducting the Philharmonia for this first performance.
The gala concert, which also includes performances by a host of classical starts such as Sir James Galway, Michael Collins and Amore, promises to be an event to remember ending with Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture and an indoor firework display.
